How updates go live: this site is a static site (no database, no server) — all content lives in
one file, data/content.json. Editing here changes what you see in this browser only, until you
export the file and put it back into your deployed project (drag-and-drop on Netlify, or commit + push if
you're on GitHub/Vercel). Your edits are also autosaved to this browser's local storage as a safety net, so
refreshing this tab won't lose your work.
